I attended Emergency Surgical Unit in Sept 2021. Mr Patel was very calm and attentive to my presenting symptoms. I felt very well looked after, and the initial and additional tests were done efficiently and calmly. I was kept updated about tests results as soon as they were ready. The relevant specialists required to treat me were then promptly consulted and a treatment plan put into action.
